If you have your original clock foam packaging, we encourage you to use it when shipping to us. Be sure to lock down the pendulum tightly. When we receive your Atmos clock, it will be catalogued for inspection. Inspections are completed by one of our expert clockmaker/horologists within two weeks of receipt of the clock. Once inspected and the necessary repairs identified, you will be contacted with an exact quote for the work.
We ask that you inform us within 14 days whether or not to authorize the work to proceed. If you authorize the work to be done, we will require a modest deposit on a credit card before the work is commenced. Once authorized, the work on your clock should be completed within 6-
Generally, the work to be completed on the movement involves testing of the bellows, inspection of the suspension spring, the complete disassembly of the movement, cleaning, spring removal, pivot and jewel inspection, new mainspring if necessary, reassembly and testing. Case cleaning and restoration services are also available.
